- Plan for trials
- Information on resource requirements and availability are obtained or confirmed in accordance with procedures
- Information support systems for the trial, including achievable reporting and recording processes are planned in accordance with the identified requirements
- Coordination issues are negotiated and resolved with others
- Work health and safety (WHS) principles and requirements are identified and observed throughout the trial process and are incorporated in the plan
- Trial plan including appropriate resource requirements and documentation is produced and forwarded to relevant parties in accordance with the identified requirements
- Monitor trials
- Analyse and report on trials results
- Data generated by the trial is collected and reported in accordance with the agreed methodology
- Options and recommendations resulting from the trial are provided in a clear and comprehensive format
- Post trial reports, statistical reports and other records are produced and maintained in accordance with requirements
